Why join ICDA?
There are many benefits of joining the ICDA, whether it’s expanding your network, receiving regular market research, participating in conferences and webinars, supporting the development of a sustainable industry or simply being part of a globally-recognised community.
Overseen by the industry, for the industry
The organisation is overseen by the members to ensure we fully understand the challenges and opportunities our industry faces. We work closely together to find solutions in order to build a sustainable industry that provides the raw materials our world needs.
Your membership enables the ICDA to fund a wide range of research and studies in support of the chrome industry, as well as other valued services including webinars, reports, conferences, and networking events.

How to apply for membership
To join the ICDA applicants must first adhere to ICDA by-laws and Code of Conduct.
All prospective members must complete the application form for the appropriate membership category as well as the questionnaire. These documents can be downloaded below.
Upon signing the application prospective members accept to be bound by the by-laws and to comply with ICDA antitrust rules and Code of Conduct. ICDA reserves the right to review and, if appropriate, apply a different membership category, as per the applicant company’s activities.
Please print the application form and questionnaire and have your application signed and stamped by two current Ordinary Members of the Association that have a good standing within the ICDA. If you need any help with obtaining a signature, the ICDA team will be able to help.
Once completed, return your application and questionnaire to the ICDA. These will then be circulated to the ICDA Council which will decide on the membership. It is the sole right of the Council, deciding on a two-thirds majority of the elected Council Members, to accept a candidate for membership.
Membership is valid only upon payment of the first year’s fees, acceptance of the ICDA by-laws, the ICDA Code of Conduct and any rules set by the ICDA Council intended to promote good practice within the association.
