General Information

Registration and payment

The Members’ Meeting 2020 is open to ICDA members only. It is possible to attend by joining the ICDA Membership prior the event, please contact us for membership enquiry.

Conference registration will be valid after full payment is received. Access to the conference will not be granted in case of partial and/or absence of payment.

Delegates have to register online using the ICDA event registration platform, applicable discounts are automatically calculated by the online system

As an ICDA Member, please log in first with your member credentials and then access the registration platform. Should you need any support for finding your website credentials please contact us.

Request for exception to online payment will be examined on a case by case basis- please contact us.

Online registration only in the 10 working days prior the conference. No exception possible. 

The event registration platform will close on May 7th 2020, 5pm (CET)

Early-bird rate

The early-bird rate is valid until January 25th 2020 and cumulative with the existing discount policy.

IIn case of payment by bank transfer, the full amount must reach us by January 25th 2020, otherwise you will automatically be subject to the conference applicable rate and receive an additional invoice.

Discount policy

-10% for the 4th delegate registered, -20% for the 5th, -30% for the 6th, -40% for the 7th and 50% for the 8th and onwards, will be automatically applied by the online registration system.

Registration cancellation

There will be no refund from April 12th 2020 for any cancellation. Only delegate substitution will be permitted.

Cancellation prior April 12th 2020 will imply a € 300 retention charge to cover administrative work.

There are no fees applied in case of delegate substitution.

Visa

Carefully check in advance with your local Embassy the requirements for your entry in Japan.

ICDA can facilitate by providing an invitation letter, feel free to contact us.

ICDA is not liable for any visa refusal and/or incomplete dossiers nor for late visa application.

Accommodation

You will receive all information needed to book your room at a preferential rate at the hotel where the conference will take place after your registration for the conference is paid and confirmed. Hotel policy will apply.

Spouse fee

The spouse fee is inclusive of both evening functions (welcome and gala dinners) and not applicable for business partners and/or colleagues.

Dress code

Please dress appropriately for conference and evening functions, business attire is recommended.

Antitrust rules – Code of conduct – Ethical Charter

By registering to the conference delegates strictly adhere to ICDA antitrust rules, code of conduct and ethical charter. Any unappropriate behavior would not be tolerated and the delegate would be excluded from the conference.
